What kinds of businesses is PromoPilot for?
PromoPilot is designed for businesses that publish promotions every week, including restaurants, beauty salons, retailers, estate agents, education centres and local service providers.
Support
PromoPilot Support covers billing, account access, video rendering and publishing setup. It is for customers and teams who need help using the service. Review the topics below, then email support or use the contact page.
Product help
Start in the app workspace for campaigns, video creation, approvals and calendar. Admin console is for platform operators only.
Billing
Plan upgrades and credit packs are managed under Billing once Stripe is connected. Enterprise and custom quotes go through support.
Publishing
Live social publishing requires completed provider App Review and PP_PUBLISH_DRY_RUN=false. Until then, scheduled posts are recorded in dry-run mode.
Email verification & password reset
Use Forgot password on the login page. Verification emails require SMTP to be configured in Admin → Mail.

Do I need to film the video myself?
Not necessarily. Start with a promotion brief and the brand or product assets you already have. PromoPilot prepares a short-video draft for review, and you can add your own footage when you want it included.

Does PromoPilot support Chinese?
Yes. PromoPilot supports Chinese content, including Traditional Chinese for Hong Kong campaigns.

Can I schedule content for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp?
Yes. Instagram and Facebook content can be prepared and scheduled in the PromoPilot workspace. WhatsApp broadcast copy is sent through sister platform MarketHK, with consent records and delivery status.

Can I edit the content before it goes out?
Yes. Short-video and copy drafts can be reviewed, edited and approved before publishing.

How does PromoPilot work with iGears AI MVP 30 Days?
